Retired social worker and former Negro League Baseball player Dennis "Bose" Biddle. He received his B.A. degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin. Biddle worked for the next twenty-four years with the State of Wisconsin as a social worker in the corrections system. After retiring from the corrections system, he began working for a social service agency in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, called Career Youth Development (C.Y.D.). In this capacity, he continues to work with underprivileged youth and juvenile offenders. In 1996, Biddle founded the organization, Yesterday's Negro League Baseball Players LLC to support the surviving members of the Negro League baseball teams and defend their economic interests.
Lamarr Womble
Lamarr Womble is the founder of Passion for Leadership. He was first inspired to become a motivational speaker after he attended a National Conference on Student Leadership (NCSL) in Orlando, Florida in 2005. He always had a knack for leadership, passion for people and was heavily involved in leadership positions during high school and college. From having these experiences, Lamarr discovered his interest in business and public speaking. After attending the National Conference on Student Leadership he was very motivated to pursue speaking to youth with the goal of giving them perspective from his point of view.

Dr. Smith is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Dr. Shonta Smith International. Her company is based out of St. Louis, Mo. Dr. Shonta Smith International provides services to professional corporations and institutions in the education field. The company's mission is to help provide schools and institutions with the highest quality education possible to our youth and to assist teachers, principals and other education professionals excel in their careers. Dr. Smith offers a number of services including professional development seminars, teacher mentoring programs, principal mentoring programs, career services and consulting services.
